Talent neglected is talent lost. We do not exempt our HR from our training and development initiatives, rather believe that empowering them translates to effective talent recognition and retention.

Through a range of in-house and external development programs, we equip our HR professionals with expertise required to support an efficient workforce. This initiative focuses on automating our essential processes, such as procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, internal approvals, and HR automation. Digitisation involves transforming physical documents into digital files and storing them securely, representing a significant move towards a paperless environment.

We like expanding our team to include bright individuals, geared to make impact. In line with that, we have launched trainee recruitment programs that allowed us to hire apprentices across from prestigious institutions Pan-India.

The programme attracted numerous aspirants, with selected individuals joining us after successfully clearing a rigorous written and oral selection process.

There is no substitute for communication and engagement. The smooth functioning of our operations can be solely attributed to our ability to foster a community-like culture, where our people feel heard, and concerns are addressed.

To further reduce the turnaround time, we have launched the HR Connect initiative, featuring monthly shop floor meetings, aimed to address the challenges faced by our shop floor workers. Additionally, as a part of our HRMS solutions, we have introduced punching machines across locations to streamline employee life cycle management.
