He is the son of Shri. Ramesh Jayaswal, the Managing Director of the Company. He holds a Bachelor in Business Administration (Finance) from Eastern Michigan University. He has been working with the Company for over 15 years.

• Project management and execution: He has extensive experience in project management and execution, human resources, information technology, procurement, and marketing.
• Integrated Steel Plant operations: He takes keen interest in the daily operations of the Company’s Integrated Steel Plant at Raipur and is involved in its expansion and modernization.
• Financial management: He is deeply involved in the Company’s financial functioning, negotiation, and engagement with stakeholders.
• Safety and quality: He has placed a strong emphasis on safety and quality in processes and has driven the Company’s facilities towards Total Productivity Management (TPM) implementation.
• Employee-centric policies: He has pioneered various employee-centric policies and standards to enhance employee efficiency and results.
• Corporate social responsibility: He has taken several initiatives during the COVID-19 pandemic to provide comprehensive support to employees, workers, and the community by implementing various Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives.
