Ashutosh Castings Ltd.  has an installed capacity of 3500 MT (1500 MT of Ductile Iron and 2000MT of Cast Iron castings) per annum. Ductile Iron casting can be manufactured upto 700 kg single piece casting and Cast Iron casting upto 2 MT single piece.

  1. Induction Furnace: 350 KW GEC make, medium frequency.
  2. 36” Cupola: 2 Nos.
  3. Over Head Cranes: 5 MT(2Nos.) & 2 MT(1Nos.)
  4. Metallurgical Lab.

  6. Sand Mullers: 2Nos.
  7. Grinding Machines: 10Nos.
  8. Pattern Shop.
