About Us:

Automotive Casting Division (ACD) was commissioned in 1985. It supplies Ductile Iron components to the Automobile (Truck, Cars) and Tractor Industries. The automotive facilities have TS 16949 certification and its auto products meet European standards and specifications. This division is a supplier of OEM parts to TELCO, Ashok Leyland, Brakes India, Automotive Axles etc.

This plant has been the largest supplier of Railway Insert Castings, required for concrete sleepers in the country.

This unit has emerged as a major supplier of Ductile Iron Castings in the domestic and international markets. It exports Ductile Iron fittings for potable Water Supply systems especially to countries like South Africa and USA.

ACD is managed by a highly experienced team of professionals.

Its production capacity for:

1. Ductile iron castings (Automobile and Engineering industry) is 15000 TPA and

2. Steel castings (valves and other engineering castings) is 2400 TPA

Maximum product weight and per annum production capacity for few of its products:

1. Steel & Alloy Steel: 5 kg. To 3 MT single pc , Production capacity: 3000 TPA

2. Ductile/SG Iron -

· Normal Moulding Line: 2 kg to 50 kg

· Hand Moulding: Up to 1 MT single piece
