Automotive Casting Division

The   Automotive casting division was established in 1992 at Butibori at  about 30 kms from Nagpur , at  29/8, milestone, Mouza Ruikhairi, Wardha Road Butibori ,  Distt. Nagpur 441 108 (MS) having its registered office at  F-8, M.I.D.C. Industrial Estate, Hingna Road,  Nagpur  – 440016.

The Automotive and Engineering Castings division are certified to IS/ISO/TS 16949 : 2002 Quality management system

The plant at Butibori is spread over an area of 25.44 acres. The plant is equipped with

1.Specialized technique for manufacturing Cylinder Heads for I/c engines of 1–     Cylinder to 6 –  Cylinders.

2. Grey Cast Iron – Fg:200 to Fg:300

3. Machine moulding & hand moulding  of 10 kg to 300 kg

The plant has a production capacity of 12,000 MT per annum
