    - Sand Cast Division

Pipe Plant

Pipe Plant was established in 1976 at Nagpur.

The Plant is equipped with Dueker Machine [a German made machine for manufacturing Cast Iron Spun Pipes (diameter 75 mm to 150 mm), following standards such as ISO-6594, IS-3989, MP52-005, CISPI-301, DIN etc.]

The final product so produced is used for various applications such as Drainage, Ventilation and it caters to both domestic and international market.

Pipe Plant Capacity is 12000 MT per annum.

Products manufactured by Pipe Plant are marketed directly and also through distributors in India as well as abroad.

Sand Cast Plant

Sand Cast Division manufactures Cast Iron Pipes, Fittings and Manhole Covers as per the Indian and various International Standards. The unit is ISO: 9001 – 2000 Certified.

The plant is currently working at 100% capacity, and is producing about 20000 MT of castings per annum. The Plant area is about 60000 sq. mtrs . This unit is a leader in the wide field of Drainage and Sanitary Castings.

Piping & Fittings are manufactured in conformance to established Engineering standards , such as : IS: 1729 – 2002, IS: 3989 – 1984, IS: 1726 – 1991 and the MP 52 SPEC. 007 Water mark System.

Products manufactured in these units are supplied through a wide network of distributors in India and abroad.
